What you are buying
ISO Checklist sells English-language digital templates, audit checklists, manuals, procedures and training materials. Each product page states its price, the standard edition it follows and the exact files included. These are editable working documents; official ISO standards and certification services are not included.
We are an independent publisher. ISO Checklist is not affiliated with or endorsed by the International Organization for Standardization. Using a template does not certify your organisation or guarantee a successful audit. You are responsible for adapting the files to your activities, applicable law and the requirements of the edition you use.
Price, payment and order corrections
Prices are in British Pounds (GBP). Purchases are one-time payments, with no subscription or physical delivery charge. Any promotion is applied on the Stripe payment page, which shows the final amount before you authorise payment. Your bank may charge its own currency conversion fees if your account uses another currency.
Check the product, licence quantity and email address before paying. You can change or remove products in the cart and return there from Stripe before completing payment. If you notice an error after paying, contact us with your order reference. Orders and support are handled in English.
Digital delivery and compatibility
After payment is confirmed, download links appear on the confirmation page and are sent to the email address provided at checkout. A delayed payment method may take longer to confirm. Links are valid for 7 days; save a local copy of the ZIP and extracted files. If delivery fails or a link expires, contact us from your checkout email address so we can help restore access.
You need a device that can download and extract ZIP archives and software compatible with the file formats listed on the product page (Microsoft Word, Excel and, where included, PowerPoint). Other compatible office suites may display formatting or formulas differently. No physical product is shipped and no account is required.
Single-organisation licence
Each licence permits one organisation to store, copy, customise and use the purchased files across its sites and staff for its own management system. You may continue using the files you downloaded without a subscription. Separate legal entities, including subsidiaries or consulting clients, need separate licences; you may purchase several licences in the cart.
Copyright remains with the publisher. You may not resell, publish, sublicense, distribute the original templates outside the licensed organisation or claim authorship of them. A licence does not include future standard editions, future products, consultancy or certification. The included files and edition are those described at the time of purchase.
Immediate access and cancellation
Before checkout we ask you to expressly request immediate digital delivery. Where a statutory 14-day consumer cancellation right applies, we also ask you to acknowledge that it ends when supply of the digital content begins with your consent. This does not affect your rights if content is faulty, not as described or not supplied, or our separate 90-day money-back guarantee.
Every paid product is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee, including after you have downloaded or opened the files. To cancel or request a refund, email hello@isochecklist.com with your order reference or checkout email address. No reason is required under the guarantee.
Support and statutory rights
For download, file-access or licensing questions, use our contact form or email hello@isochecklist.com. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.
These documents are general implementation aids, not tailored professional or legal advice. Any exclusions or limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights and remedies available in your country.
Changes and privacy
Changes to these terms apply to future orders. They do not retrospectively change the terms of an existing purchase. Please read our Privacy Policy for information about order and contact data and our Cookie Policy for analytics choices.
