Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of your request.
- The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear in your account.
Digital Product Access
You can request a refund even if you have downloaded, opened or adapted the files. Once the refund is completed, the refunded licence ends. Please stop using and sharing the refunded templates and remove copies you hold, except records you must retain by law. We do not ask you to prove deletion before processing a refund.
