Help & Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our ISO document kits, the ordering process, and ISO certification.
What format are the documents in?
All documents are provided in Microsoft Word (.docx) and/or Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format, and the complete kits also include PowerPoint (.pptx) training decks. They are fully editable so you can easily customise them for your organisation.
How do I receive the documents after purchase?
Documents are available for instant download immediately after purchase. You will also receive a confirmation email with download links, which expire after 7 days, so save the files to your computer.
Can I customise the documents for my organisation?
Yes, absolutely. All documents are fully editable Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint files. You can add your company logo, modify content, and adapt them to suit your specific requirements.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 90-day no-questions-asked money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a full refund.
Are the documents suitable for my industry?
Yes. ISO 9001 is a generic standard applicable to all industries. Our documents are written to be easily adapted for any sector including manufacturing, construction, services, healthcare, IT, and more.
Do you provide support?
Yes, we provide free email support to help you with any questions about using our documents. Simply email us and we aim to respond within 1 business day.
Will these documents guarantee I pass my certification audit?
No. No template can guarantee certification. Our documents are organised around the requirements of the relevant ISO standard, but certification depends on how you customise, implement and operate the system, and your certification body makes its own independent decision. Our documents provide a solid foundation to build on.
Can I use the documents for multiple sites?
Yes. Once purchased, you can use the documents across multiple sites within your organisation. There is no additional charge for multi-site use.
What version of the standards do the documents cover?
Our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 documents follow the 2015 editions, and our ISO 45001 documents follow ISO 45001:2018. ISO 9001:2026 was published on 16 September 2026 and ISO 14001:2026 on 15 April 2026; certificates to the 2015 editions remain valid until 30 September 2029 and 30 April 2029 respectively. Each product page names the edition its files follow, and updates are not included with a purchase.
Do I need a consultant to implement ISO 9001?
Not necessarily. ISO 9001 does not require a consultant, and our document kits are designed for self-implementation. However, a consultant can be helpful if you need additional guidance.
How quickly can I download the documents after purchase?
Downloads are available instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will be taken to a download page where you can save all files to your computer. A confirmation email with download links is also sent within minutes as a backup. Download links expire after 7 days, so save your files once downloaded. There is no waiting period or manual approval process.
Do you offer bulk discounts for larger organisations?
Our complete kits are priced below the total of the stand-alone products they contain, and each kit page shows the saving. For other multi-product purchases, contact us to discuss your requirements.
What if I need help customising the documents for my organisation?
Documents use bracketed placeholders to show what to write in each section, and the complete kits also include separate guidance documents, for example on internal audits, management review and documented information. If you need additional support, our email support team can answer specific questions about how to tailor the documents.
Are the documents updated when ISO standards change?
No update service is included. Each purchase contains the files for the edition named on the product page, and download links expire after 7 days. Where a newer edition has been published, such as ISO 9001:2026 or ISO 14001:2026, the product page says so and our migration guide explains the transition timelines.
